How to Track Your Order

  1. After your payment is confirmed, your order is processed by our team and suppliers.
  2. Within 5 to 10 business days , you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code .
  3. Once you receive the tracking code, you can follow your parcel by:
    • Using the official website of the carrier or postal service in your country, or
    • Using international tracking platforms that support your tracking code.

Didn’t Receive Your Tracking Code Yet?

If you have not received your tracking code after 10 business days from the confirmation of your order, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder in your e-mail;
  • Make sure you are checking the same e-mail address used at checkout;
  • If you still can’t find it, contact our support team with:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • The e-mail used for the purchase

We will resend your tracking information and verify the status of your order.

Tracking Shows No Updates

In some cases, tracking information may take a few days to update in the system.
If your tracking code shows no movement for an extended period, we recommend:

  1. Waiting a few more business days for the carrier to update the status;
  2. If there is still no update, contact the local postal service or carrier;
  3. If they inform you they do not have your parcel, contact us so we can check with our suppliers.
