Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is between 10 to 25 business days.
In some cases, customs delays may occur and your parcel may be held by customs in the destination country.
This period of customs retention does not count as part of the delivery time, as it is outside our direct control.
We carefully select suppliers that, in addition to price and quality, also prioritize faster shipping times.
Delays
If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend that you first contact the local postal service or carrier responsible for the delivery in your country to clarify the reason for the delay.
If the postal service or carrier informs you that they do not have your parcel, please contact us immediately so we can verify the situation with our suppliers.
If a logistics issue with your order is confirmed, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase after these verification steps.
Tracking Code
The tracking code for your order will be sent to your e-mail within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.
With this tracking code, you can follow the status of your shipment on tracking websites or directly on the carrier’s website.
Boleto (Bank Slip) Payments
If your order was placed using the Boleto Bancário payment option, the time between payment and bank confirmation may take up to 5 business days.
All shipping and tracking timeframes start counting after the payment is confirmed in our system.
